STEP 3: Book and pay online for your selected guide / tour package, or send a direct message to any guide to design a customized itinerary for you.

TIP # 1: Doing your travel homework before messaging the guide will increase the chances of a successful booking; if you have any special interests in the destination, or anything you DON'T want to see or do, you'll be able to let the guide know, so they can customize a tour for you.

We understand the benefits of a phone conversation and so do our guides; however, to help them meet multiple needs with such a busy schedule, they kindly ask that you communicate by email instead. Yes we can facilitate split payments by different travellers; however, in order to ensure that the tour will be a complete success, the lead traveller (coordinator) must assume certain responsibilities.

This depends upon whether or not the guide can accommodate your request for additional people - especially if private transportation is involved.

To avoid disappointment, you must seek approval from the guide to add more people, before the tour date.

If additional fees must be paid (at the guide's discretion) and the total amount is less than $100, the traveler(s) can pay the guide in cash; otherwise, the tour will need to be re-booked at the new price.
